Pharmacy Board Investigator (ret.)
Ronald D. White is a recently retired investigator with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Mr. White assists pharmacies and pharmacists in pharmacy audits and all questions of corporate due diligence, red flag analysis, and pharmacy compliance.
Pharmacy Board Audits & Investigations. For close to a decade, Investigator White served the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to investigate administrative and criminal violations of pharmacy laws. Among the many criminal investigations Mr. White pursued are drug diversion, pill mill, prescription fraud, and healthcare fraud matters, many of which included the DEA, the FBI, and various U.S. Attorney’s Offices. In addition, Mr. White has conducted numerous investigations and audits of pharmacies regarding theft and losses of controlled substances. Mr. White is well versed in the daily operations of pharmacy regarding regulatory compliance. Mr. White has testified as an expert on pharmacy compliance in state and federal courts.
Certifications & Training. In addition to holding a Certificate of Commission from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Mr. White is a certified Peace Officer since 1992 and a certified Police Instructor since 2001. Mr. White has spent more than 1,500 hours of Law Enforcement Continuing Education and achieved comprehensive training goals in Best Practices in CS Diversion Surveillance, Analytical Investigative Techniques, Investigating Prescription Drug Crimes, and numerous other law enforcement and court training.
Awards. Mr. White is the recipient of the Law Enforcement Purple Heart issued by the American Police Hall of Fame for injuries suffered in the line of duty.
Mr. White assists clients of Oberheiden P.C. as an independent contractor on a case-by-case basis.
