Mr. Meyer practices in all areas of the health care industry devoting a substantial portion of his practice to transactional matters. He focuses on regulatory amelioration for physician practices, toxicology and genetics laboratories, pharmacies, biologics manufacturers, and other health care industry ventures. Specifically, he represents and counsels diverse entity and individual interests on multivariate health care-related issues, including physician investments in services entities; physician employment relationships; Fraud and Abuse, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law compliance; physician contracting; management company and physician transactions; regulatory compliance; and general health care matters. Mr. Meyer embraces a team approach to problem solving and handles the matters entrusted to him with a focus towards best results for his client, whether legal or financial.
Mr. Meyer graduated from the Dedman School of Law, Southern Methodist University, where he served as the Articles Editor for the International Lawyer. He holds a master of laws degree from the University of Heidelberg (Germany). Moreover, he received degrees from the University of Utah in Biology with Human Genetics emphasis, Anthropology and Psychology. He is fluent in Spanish and French.
